At Kai & Stone, each piece is made to order and thoughtfully embroidered especially for you. Please allow time for your custom piece to be carefully crafted before dispatch.

 

Processing Time

All personalised items are made to order.

Our current production time is approximately [2] business days before dispatch.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Within Australia

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Delays

Risk & Delivery

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address
